The MICROBIOTIC GENTLE CLEANSING BALM is an oil-based gel formula that does not foam. The MICROBIOTIC GENTLE CLEANSING BALM also contains antioxidants Moringa and Vitamin E and regulates sebum flow, optimizing the skin microbiota, and inhibiting bacteria that causes acne.  Is the MICROBIOTIC GENTLE CLEANSING BALM oily?   No. It has a lightweight, gel-in-oil formula that does not leave the skin feeling oily and will not disturb the skin’s moisture balance or clog pores.
